Observation Guide
Several Walton High School teachers will have an opportunity to observe their colleagues and to learn from their peers. The form below is the sheet they will use to focus observations and to record data in the areas of climate and instruction. This form goes beyond the Walk-Through form, and asks teachers to look for specifics when they observe.
